Barbara and Jalen were a great help in guiding us through the available selections for our community (Madeira at St Augustine). We had previous experience in building homes and as a result, we had more questions about the design components and materials than most Design Center clients had ever posed. Barbara and Jalen worked to get answers to all our questions so we could make informed decisions. They made our experience enjoyable and fun. As we move through the construction of our new home, we hope to call on Barbara’s and Jalen’s talents to help pull together our interior elements and artwork.

Barbara and Joanne utilized elements of our historic 1920's campus and created a room that can be used to meet all our needs beautifully. Company owner, Barbara Ondo Morrison is a consummate professional in every aspect of her business. She understands that her task is to bring each new model home to life and not just make it pretty. She knows that she must get into the mindset of my target market and make the model home appeal specifically to that buyer. Barbara’s team has also managed design centers for at least 2 of the builders I have represented over the years. One was a national builder and the other a local builder. In both cases, Barbara’s design capabilities and business-like approach to this crucial home building step became an integral part of my marketing effort. Her design team works closely with the construction and marketing teams to coordinate color selections for models, inventory and pre-sale homes. Coordinating between construction and sales, keeping the design center up to date, circling back to buyers to keep them on track, keeping paperwork and software tracking systems current; these are all included in Barbara’s scope of work.
One of Barbara’s most unique qualities is that she helps my sales agents close deals. In many cases, these deals were difficult and hard to keep on track. Barbara never failed to delight my customers and smooth the way to a more manageable transaction. In many cases, we got the sale because Barbara was on our team. This quality alone seals the deal for me but when coupled with her many other talents, she is far and away the best designer in the business.
